QFrame no physical pixel rounding for frame width on screen with non-integer device pixel ratio

      QFrame rendering does not take non-integer device pixel ratio into account causing the frame width to vary on the screen. Correct behaviour would be rounding line width to physical pixel to ensure consistent lien widths.

       

      Reproduce bug by executing the attached code under Windows 10 on a screen with a non-integer device pixel ratio. Use the mouse to scale the widget and see the line width jump.
