      Notes from the physics API review: 

      • DynamicsWorld ⇨ PhysicsWorld
        • Maybe sceneView should be a Node reference instead (to the root node of the scene)
      • debugView ⇨ debugDraw?
      • write out minimumTimestep/maximumTimestep
      • enableTrigger ⇨ sendTrigger
      • CharacterController.speed ⇨ velocity movement
      • axisLockAngular/Linear: use flags instead of individual properties
      • CollisionShape url properties should all be named "source" ** (currently meshSource/heightMap)
        • Future TODO: support procedural generation (moved to QTBUG-109818)
