Description
When using QtCreator, using a KVM switch to switch to Windows, and then switching back, the mousewheel no longer works.
Turning the mouse off and on again, doesn't restore this functionality, but disconnecting the wireless dongle and reconnecting the mouse does, and so does restarting QtCreator.
This is observed with a Logitech Anywhere MX v3 mouse, and is a regression since Qt5.
