Qt for Android - Doc updates, Creator, Build System

This is a master ticket for sub-tasks related to Qt for Android.

Summary:

a) Documentation
Android documentation can be found at
https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/android-building.html and https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/android-getting-started.html

https://wiki.qt.io/Building_Qt_6_from_Git does not contain an Android section.

=> IMO it would be a benefit to move parts of the documentation to the Wiki for faster updates on recent developments (e.g. the current Android arm64_v8a emulator doesn't work with Creator).

b) Qt Creator / Build system
Several issues are related to Qt Creator:

• Creator automagically configures a project when a new kit is selected. If a developer build is targeted, the first configure run will be without the '-developer-build' option. Re-configuring with the option enabled works, but leads to compile errors (on OpenSuSE).
• Syntax Check in Qt Creator shows false negative errors
• It is possible to build Qt modules for Android with examples enabled. It is, however, not possible to run an example on Android directly from a developer build.
