Qt Creator: Fix automatic Android configuration and false negative errors

When a developer build is needed and the necessary steps are done via Creator, the Android build is automagically configured without '-developer-build'.
That should be disabled, because
a) It is unnecessary. A new build will start with configure anyway.
b) If an existing non-developer build is reconfirgured with '-developer-build', configuring works, but it no longer compiles.

Furthermore, Qt Creator wrongly shows code errors where there shouldn't be any.
