Top level items are not resized to the window size.

    Description

      Running a qml file using the qml tool with a top level Item, which has no explicit size shows a window with the background only.

      Resizing the window also resizes the top level item and makes it appear.

      To reproduce the bug, run the appended example with the qml tool.
