AMD Memory leak during FFMPEG media playback on Windows

    Description

      As mentioned in QTBUG-115308, kelteseth reports that

      Enabling QT_DISABLE_HW_TEXTURES_CONVERSION results in memory leaks on my machine, tested with 6.5.2

      with some movies. See attached "Horde 1980.zip".

       

      No leak is observed with https://gitlab.com/kelteseth/ScreenPlay/-/blob/master/Content/wallpaper_video_nebula_h264/mantissa.xyz_loop_072.mp4?ref_type=heads
