Windows/5.15: QtQuick Title bar is bigger than native window in dual screen setup

      in dual screen setup, if secondary screen has less resolution than primary screen and quick application is dragged to second screen, title bar of the application looks way big.

      Attached is the example to reproduce this. Also attached is comparative screenshot with Qt's widget example notepad and Qtquick window.
