OpenSSL 3.1.2: tests fail with tst_QSslSocket and tst_QDtls

    Description

      I'm trying to update OpenSSL 3.0.7 -> 3.1.2 in Coin provisioning.

      There are failing tests with OpenSSL 3.1.2 in Qtbase:
