qtwebengine: qt-configure-module returns 0 even when qtwebengine will not be built

    Description

      qtwebengine is not being built on OpenSUSE that provides the wrong CMake version, see QTQAINFRA-5834.

      But it went unnoticed for a long time, apparently because qt-configure-module returns success.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTQAINFRA-5834 qt5 integrations are passing with qtwebengine not being built/tested on OpenSUSE
