qt5 integrations are passing with qtwebengine not being built/tested on OpenSUSE

      I pick up the last green integration of qt5 on dev (link) and click on the raw-log of the test or build of qtwebengine on opensuse-15.5-developer-build.

      No build is done and no tests are run, yet the whole qt5 integration is green! On the build log I see:

      set PATH=/opt/cmake-3.16.8/bin:[...]:/opt/cmake-3.24.2/bin:[...]
[...]
