wayland can't handle multi-touch in two windows simultaneously

    Description

      I'm not sure if this should be possible. But it's possible on X11 and iOS, at least (after fixing bugs on both). Found while testing QTBUG-118909

      I tested Weston, Sway, Qt's fancy compositor example, and Gnome. So either Wayland never supports this, or it's a Wayland client bug.
