QML ListView default flick behaviour changed

    Description

      When a ListView contains several pages of items, then using mouse wheel (or flick with mouse) causes the list to move in a fairly free way, when using Qt 6.4.3 or earlier.

      However, in Qt 6.6.1 the behaviour is completely different:
      The list only moves while the mouse wheel is moved, and the flick duration is a lot shorter.
