      See epic for the big picture and (the latest version of) QTBUG-104113 for a detailed description of the necessary changes.

      QTypeRevision has undocumented comparison semantics. Figure out what they are, choose the appropriate ordering strength and then apply the comparison framework, if posssible. If not possible, discuss on ML.
