FFmpeg build gets failed on Windows

    Description

      FFmpeg build gets failed:

      ../../configure: line 1711: cmp: command not found
/usr/bin/bash: line 1: make: command not found
Failed to build ffmpeg for android-arm
Ffmpeg installation results:
  mingw: FAIL
  msvc: FAIL
  llvm-mingw: FAIL
  android-armv7: FAIL

      The error suspects that msys2 is not installed properly (see install-msys2.ps1)

      It seems there're no suspicious changes in the build:

      QtMM tests are ok as we run tests for the FFmpeg backend but the ffmpeg plugin is compiled.

      TO DO:

      • fix the problem
      • fail CI if ffmpeg build is failed.
