Currently applications needing to define Android permissions, beyond what Qt libraries do automatically, need to do it in the Android manifest.

It would be convenient if these applications could define these permissions directly in the CMakeLists.txt. This would require a new public-facing Qt CMake function, and changes to androiddeployqt.
