Improve support for Apple Pencil (2nd generation) and Apple Pencil Pro

      Currently, Apple Pencil support in Qt is limited to the Apple Pencil(1st generation). The Apple Pencil(2nd generation) includes hover and "double tap" features. The Apple Pencil Pro offers "barrel roll" and "squeeze" capabilities. The "barrel roll" can be handled using QTabletEvent::rotation() similar to the Wacom Art Pen. We may need new APIs for the "double tap" and "squeeze" actions.
