Move list of GPL3 Addons to "Qt Licensing" page

    Description

      All Modules and Qt 6.8 landing page  sort Addons that are available under commercial + LGPLv3, and addons that are available under commercial + GPLv3 in two different lists:

      Especially for the Qt 6.8 landing page, this is confusing though, as no licenses are mentioned anywhere else.

      It would be better to just list all Addons in one list on these pages. Instead, https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qt6-6.8/licensing.html could be used to list all GPLv3 vs LGPLv3 Addons.
