tooltip only works once

compile and run textedit example. click into the text edit. hover with mouse over buttons. tooltip is shown for the first button, but not any other buttons, though they change to become hot. however, if you click back into the textedit and then hover over another button the tooltip is shown. this may be related to QTBUG-129233? note that this used to work with qt 6.4.
