Multimedia test lab for embedded devices

OKR goal: Agree on design with CI and the embedded team based on the prototype. Once in place, we can extend the lab with new devices.

Note from Tim:

• There are different types of cameras; some give fixed frame rates, and others have continuous range. It can be a good idea to have some devices with USB cameras and some with camera modules to increase test coverage.
