Visual glitches appear in the QtWebEngine simple browser.

    Description

      Frequent visual glitches are observed in QtWebEngine when using the D3D11 backend (tested on Nvidia cards). The issue is not observed when using the OpenGL backend or on Chrome.
      To reproduce the issue, run the WebEngine web browser and open the attached HTML file.

      In glitch6_5_7.mp4, the glitches appear at 0:00:06, 0:00:14, 0:00:19

      In glitch6_8_0.mp4,  the glitch appear at 0:00:04
