[Regression] App is shown in the wrong language

      This is my language configuration in macos

      All apps including Qt ones up to 6.8 show in English.

      With Qt 6.9 i am getting the app in Spanish.

      Example: This is the macos menu when running the qml app on Qt 6.9 (ignore the 6.8.1 in the text in terminal, it's from previous runs)

      and this is it when running on Qt 6.8
