AudioRecorder app overwrites existing file without warning

    Description

      To reproduce,
      1. start AudioRecorder app, and select "Output", and choose a file destination.
      2. Click record
      3. Click stop
      4. Click record (Will overwrite file)

      At step 4, there should be a warning dialog about overwriting existing file.
