QML Camera example won't capture video on Android 11 devices

    Description

      QML camera example won't start recording a video with the "Record" button. Photo capture works. This is reproduced in RTA with two Android 11 devices, Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Attaching screen capture and QtCreator logs from application.
