Linguist tool cannot be found with Maintenance tool

      The Qt Linquist tool is installed but cannot be found with the Installer and Maintenance tool. LIke if it did not exist. See attached image. 

      Qt Framework and Tools Agreement  The Qt Licensing Guide v1.8.pdf section 3.1.4.4 Professional translators and internalization personnel. This exception is also mentioned in the public FAQ.

      Due to this need and permission to mix this is often requested by our customers. I have been wondering why.
