HTTP 2 request cancellation timing issue may lead to severed connection

      The fix to QTBUG-136549 introduced a timing issue where there was a gap between the request being removed and the stream for the request being marked as RESET.

      This meant that incoming frames on that stream that came in before the RST was done would trigger errors and sever the connection.
