Menus and submenus are not initially displayed on multiple monitor setup

      When using Qt Creator on a secondary (or 3rd) monitor, the menus, submenus and context menus do not open or are not displayed during first selection but then do on a second pass.

      The issue is not reproducible when using Qt Creator on the primary monitor.
