Moving app window between screens that have different device pixel ratio values can sometimes result in the window being scaled too small or too large.

This issue doesn't occur with all displays but with the displays that it does the bug occurs fairly consistently.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run the attached example
2. Move app window from screen 1 to screen 2
