QTcpSocket: Lower time between trying IPs

    Description

      Currently we wait for 30 sec between trying each IP.
      We should wait a lot less (especially to be more ready for flaky IPv6 connectivity)

      Things to consider: Stop the timeout while a proxy-auth dialog is pending.
