Implement asynchronous authentication in proxy socket engines

      This requires a new API - opt-in via QAbstractSocket::PauseMode
      When enabled, credentials need to be provided and then resume called by the user.
      Needs to be implemented for both HTTP and SOCKS5 socket engines.

      Assumed that QNAM classes will always enable async mode on the socket.
      However applications using sockets directly may use it or not depending on their UI requirements.
      (it's recommended but not mandated)
