Description
I create a QTreeWidget with items in it so that the view also shows the vertical scrollbar.
I set the widget to disabled and it is shown greyed out, which is OK.
The scrollbar does not react on clicks (OK), but it still reacts on the mouse scroll wheel so I can still view
all items, which is not correct.
The viewport does not react on the wheel events but only the scrollbar.
See attached example.
