Qt 5 to-do's for QT_STRICT_ITERATORS

      Both qmap.h and qhash.h contain two copies of the following to-do comment:

    public:
#endif
        inline bool operator==(const const_iterator &o) const
            { return i == o.i; }
        inline bool operator!=(const const_iterator &o) const
            { return i != o.i; }

      As source-incompatible changes are no longer allowed for Qt 5, these comments should either be removed or marked as Qt 6 to-do's.
