Qt 5 to-do's in QRegExp

qtbase/src/corelib/tools/qregexp.cpp contains four Qt 5 to-do comments, including suggestions that the public exactMatch, indexIn and lastIndexIn functions should be changed to non-const.

These suggestions presumably relate to the following sentence in the docs for each function:

Although const, this function sets matchedLength(), capturedTexts(), and pos().

These comments should either be actions for Qt 5.0.0, removed, or marked as Qt 6 to-do's.
