      qtbase/src/sql/kernel/qsqldriver.h contains several Qt5 to-do comments (search for "### Qt 5").

      Those items that can be handled without breaking source-compatibility should be actioned for Qt 5.0.0. Any other items must be either removed or changed to Qt 6 to-do's.
