Description
System Preferences, General, Show scroll bars: Automatically based on mouse or trackpad. That's the default settings.
The content in TextArea will be under the scrollbars. Maybe the bug also applies to ScrollView.
The scroll bars work well for other two options, "When scrolling" and "Always".
