Support dragging tabs off a tabbar

    Description

      We could consider adding the ability to
      catch the case when the user has dragged a tab and dropped it
      somewhere other than on the tab bar (making it possible to drag a tab
      to the desktop to undock the tab to a new window, or drag it off to
      close the tab). A signal QTabBar::tabDropped(int, QPoint) or similar.
