Environment:This QtCreator is running on Ubuntu 12.04.2 with a Gnome environment, inside a NX session using a free version of NX 3.5.0 (which can be retrieved from http://www.nomachine.com/download-package.php?Prod_Id=3776). I am connecting using version 4.0.0-beta of NoMachine from a Mac.

When starting QtCreator 2.7.2 (based on Qt 5.1.0) in an X session created by NoMachine NX, typing is impossible. This problem does not occur in QtCreator 2.4.1 (based on Qt 4.8.0) in the same session, so it is probably a regression in Qt between 4.8.0-5.1.0 or in QtCreator between 2.4.1-2.7.2. The following output is given when starting QtCreator 2.7.2:
QXcbConnection: Failed to get the primary output of the screen
Error: Couldn't find file "symbols/nl-be" in include paths
