Qt creator does not accept any keyboard input if custom keyboard layout is set

If I have czech keyboard in qwerty variant (using qxkb), qtcreator start with error and ignores ALL keyboard input (so not only in editor, everything). Czech keyboard even does not have to be active one.

Error is:
[paladin@notebook ~]$ qtcreator

I really want to see this fixed as it renders QtCreator totally useless.
