Consider adding tile server url(s) as parameter for OSM mapping plugin

      Instead of hard-coding "http://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/" as the tile server, consider allowing url(s) to be specified as a parameter to createMappingManagerEngine(). This means app developers don't have to write their own plugin just to get data from an alternate server.
