Expose local device information to QML

We need a QML API that exposes local device information like name, address and the state. We also need to be able to do pairing.
Therefore we could add some properties to QBluetoothLocalDevice and register it as a QML type. However we will need a way to update the properties (property changed signals). This will require some work in the backends.
