      Description

      1. Build an application containing QLineEdit, QTextEdit or QPlainTextEdit with Qt 5.1.0
      2. Enable caps lock
      3. Type Czech letters with carons or acutes (ěščřžýáíé)

      Expected result: "HÁČKY A ČÁRKY"
      Actual result: "HáčKY A čáRKY"

Also affects Qt Creator 2.8.1 (based on Qt 5.1.1).

Seems to work OK with Qt 5.0.1 but that version suffers from another bug which was fixed in 5.1.0.
