Some Czech letters stay lowercase with caps lock enabled

      1. Build an application containing QLineEdit, QTextEdit or QPlainTextEdit with Qt 5.1.0
      2. Enable caps lock
      3. Type Czech letters with carons or acutes (ěščřžýáíé)

      Expected result: "HÁČKY A ČÁRKY"
      Actual result: "HáčKY A čáRKY"

      Also affects Qt Creator 2.8.1 (based on Qt 5.1.1).

      Seems to work OK with Qt 5.0.1 but that version suffers from another bug which was fixed in 5.1.0.
