ShaderEffectSource / ShaderEffect loses source item positioning

      ShaderEffectSource seems to lose the source item's x & y coordinates when generating the texture or vice versa something in the line applies inverse translation of source item's position. The attached example manifests the problem.

      The attached example works correctly with qt-5.1.1 in the same environment
