installer should register the iOS packages and activate the iOS plugin in creator if those are installed

      if installing the packages the user expects to be able to use them.
      So we should register them in creator.
      Furthermore the experimental=true in the Ios.pluginspec should be removed so that the Ios plugin is loaded by default in Creator
