Android: Remove Ministro link from strings.xml for non-Ministro builds

    Description

      The Ministro link is detected by Amazon as possibly breaking their link policy so you will get a warning when submitting your app there. For Ministro-builds it's required, but for non-Ministro-builds, we can remove it so that this warning is avoided.
