Deprecate Ministro in Qt for Android

    Description

      Ministro has been unmaintained for some time. The prebuilt libraries for each Qt version have not been released consistently and the latest release is very old. In addition to that, Android new versions might not allow Ministro to run at all, because it could be seen as a security issue. QTCREATORBUG-23761 already removes Ministro from Qt Creator, this ticket removes it from Qt code.
