After BusyIndicator property running is set to true, there is long delay before it can be seen.

    Description

      There is a long delay before BusyIndocator can be seen. Test with following code by press 'New Item' button. Console log shows that BusyIndicator is set to visible. It takes few seconds before it can be seen, it is seen only after page is starting the animation.
