Android: Error message when installing beta-package on Windows

    Description

      What I did:

      1. Started the enterprise installer qt-enterprise-windows-x86-android-5.3.0-beta_2014-03-14_08-14-12-10
      2. Noticed that the MinGW 4.8 tool was not selected by default, so I selected it manually (QTBUG-36654)
      3. Got the following error when installing MinGW 4.8
