winrtrunner should automatically install VC Runtime for WinRT when needed

    Description

      On a fresh setup, Microsoft or rather Visual Studio does not install the C-Runtime debug version by default anymore. This is a manual step for the developer, also with Visual Studio. Otherwise apps won't install/start

      It would be nice if Creator could check whether it is installed already and if not ask the user to install it for him. Required steps for x64 can be seen here: http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qt5-dev/winrt-support.html

      Please note, that there are two versions, one for x86 and one for x64, can easily be distinguished from the mkspec.
