Android examples cannot be launched on device

    Description

      With Qt5.4.0 Beta Android examples and applications can be compiled, deployed and run on a device successfully from QtCreator, but they cannot be run by clicking the application icon on the device.
      When running on device, the program crashes with "Your application encountered a fatal error and cannot continue."

      Reproduced on Nexus 7 (2013)
